Overview

63 Old Town and Grafton Square were vacant brownfield sites with the exception of four existing terraced units at the corner of Grafton Square and Old Town. The site is at the centre of several architectural scales and styles resulting a rich and varied urban context. The redevelopment of this site infills incongruous gaps within the existing urban fabric, delivers new high quality residential accommodation including affordable accommodation, and introduces retail units, offices, cafes and restaurants ordered all around a new civic square and active public realm.
