Overview

Rushworth is a mixed-use development in a sensitive, historic context facing directly opposite two Grade II listed buildings. It replaces a vacant, inefficient and poorly day lit commercial building with a modern, high quality office over 3 storeys with a flexible layout of 9 apartments above. The sympathetic massing continues the traditional street form and scale, reinforcing the prominence of the listed buildings on the opposite side of the street.
