Overview

Due to the inordinate amount of fabric decay and structural collapse, the first consent in WCC’s history was awarded to demolish and rebuild the listed 28-30 Seymour Street properties. Originally built as two houses, the replaced buildings had to replicate the Georgian façades, the spatial order and proportions of the ‘townhouse’ fabric and replicate the period detailing while still delivering a contemporary, highly serviced boutique hotel for the Zetter Group.
