Overview

The redundant 1960’s office building was substantially remodelled and extended including new facades and primary servicing. An additional penthouse floor and terrace was added with the floor plates extended at the rear to an Institutional Cat A standard specification. The resultant development maximised the opportunity for the site both by the additional areas generated and the high quality of workspace achieved by the harnessing of natural light and ventilation.
