Brief

Breaking away from their eponymously named company, the brothers wished to restate their global aspirations. The new HQ is intended as a statement of this intent. It is a radical transformation of an existing 1914 office block involving the structural re-modeling of 7 floors behind a listed facade. A new entrance allowed the 4000 square foot main interior gallery to be the focus of street level observation. A new atrium between the two existing buildings spirals upwards, incorporating each level of the building into its architecture. The quiet authority of the agency’s ethos is mirrored in the calm, minimal interior and the ethereal natural light that permeates from above.
